AgriBit

Know what your field is doing, every five minutes.

AgriBit collects environmental data from nodes in your field, charts it, and lets you share it with exactly the people you choose.

Why AgriBit

Field hardware is the easy part. What makes a season's data worth having is everything around it.

  • Readings that survive the network

When the link drops, a node keeps measuring and stores to flash. Everything arrives when the link returns, still carrying the time it was measured, so an outage leaves a gap you can explain, not a burst of readings that all claim to have happened at once.

  • Charts that show you what's happening in the field

Pick any range from an hour to a year. Averages come with the minimum and maximum in the same bucket, because a smoothed line hides exactly the spike you needed to see.

  • Share a farm without handing over the keys

Invite an agronomist, a technician, or a neighbour, and choose what each can do. Viewing, exporting and triggering hardware are separate permissions.

  • Personalized automations for your actuators

Water when the soil dries past a threshold. These rules for your motors, pumps and other actuators are edge-triggered with a cooldown and refuse to fire on a sensor you have flagged as unreliable. Acting on a bad reading is worse than not acting.

  • Real smart, not guesswork

Put in one node and your farm becomes smart in the literal sense. Its needs are measured the instant they change, then acted on, not guessed at.

  • More attentive than a worried mother

Our services check everything every 5 minutes, more often than a mother checking on her child, so nothing goes unnoticed.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first one involves a screwdriver.

  1. Put a node in the field

A device with the sensors you need. Use ours, or build your own against a published contract. The platform does not care whose hardware it is.

  2. It sends what it measures

Over HTTPS, every few minutes, with a token that belongs to that node alone. No inbound connection and no open port on your side.

  3. You watch, compare and export

Live status, charts per sensor, side-by-side comparison of identical probes, and a download whenever you want one.

  4. Rules take over the routine

Set a threshold once and let the platform act on it, with a full audit trail of what fired, when, and why.

Bring your own hardware

AgriBit's node protocol is published, not proprietary. Anything that can make an HTTPS request can be a node.

Connect your hardware
  • A normative telemetry contract, versioned and public to integrators.
  • An Arduino library that handles offline buffering, capture-time stamps and retries.
  • A dry-run endpoint that tells you what is wrong with a payload before you store it.

Start with one node.

Create an account, register a node, and watch the first reading land. There is nothing to install.
